FLU CLINIC

WE HAVE AN OPEN CLINIC ON WEDNESDAY 2ND OCTOBER 8-5PM

FOR PATIENTS 65 AND OVER ONLY

WE ALSO HAVE AN OPEN CLINIC ON WEDNESDAY 6TH NOVEMBER 8-5PM 

FOR PATIENTS AGED 18-64 WHO ARE AT RISK AND THE GOVERNMENT RECOMMEND A FLU VACCINE

ALL CHILDREN UNDER 18, WHO ARE ELIGIBLE AS PER GOVERMENT GUIDANCE, WILL RECEIVE A LETTER WITH DETAILS OF A CONTACT NUMBER TO ARRANGE FOR THEIR FLU VACCINE OUT WITH THE PRACTICE AT A COMMUNITY CLINIC.

ANY QUERIES PLEASE SPEAK TO OUR RECEPTIONISTS.

UNFORTUNATELY OUR LIST IS CLOSED AT THE MOMENT WE THEREFORE CAN'T REGISTER ANY NEW PATIENTS.

New Patient Registration - register_now

If available, please bring your medical card when registering. Alternatively you, or a person authorised to sign on your behalf, will be asked to sign an application form. We will also require photographic ID, for example a student card or driving license and a utility bill for proof of address.

You have a right to express a personal preference regarding the delivery of medical services by our practice staff.

All newly registered patients will be invited to see the practice nurse for a simple health check. If you require the services of an interpreter, please let us know.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
